This course is a bridge course from design foundation to product design.
The course introduces the basic theories and methods of mechanical design, characteristics of typical mechanism. Students will be familiar with the main properties, structure, surface treatment technology and molding method processing of engineering material. Through the research on shape parts and functional parts, students gradually establish correct design ideas and improve design methods and design thinking system, master product design knowledge and skills, form a solid foundation for subsequent product design.
