This course is mainly about typical Chinese traditional arts and crafts, includes Paper-cut, Shadow play and Textile Dyeing.
It introduces the cultural backgrounds, special styles, main processes and modern application of traditional crafts. Students will practice in the studio. The course enhances the students’ strong interests of native culture and more design languages for themes, inspires them to use the great culture wealth into modern design.
