A stable production plan is critical to simplify production management and minimize production cost. However, the requirement from the market is always changing. Therefore a perfect production plan should stable to the inner and flexible to the outside. This course will introduce the classification of production plan and teach the planning skill, which include requirement forecasting, inventory control, master production schedule, material requirement planning and shop scheduling. The teaching objective of this course is training the skill of production planning and control.
