A flexible production system is taken as the case to exercise the whole process of modeling, simulation and analysis, by using simulation software Plant Simulation. The students should deeply master the approach of discrete event simulation modeling and analyzing with simulation in this course. The ability to modeling complex control logic in simulation modeling is the core of the exercise. The objective of this course is training the ability of the simulation software using and analyzing via simulation.
