Logistics integrated system consists of software and hardware system involved in logistics activities. According to the function of devices, the hardware equipment can be divided into storage equipment, loading and unloading equipment, information collection and processing equipment, etc.; and the software system mainly refers to various information systems in the logistics activities. This experiment course mainly involves three-dimensional storage equipment, packaging, handling equipment, inventory management system, production scheduling system. Based on the content of classroom teaching, students should understand, be familiar with and master the characteristics, main parameters and application of those integrated systems. The main purpose of this experiment course is, to provide a physical experiment and verification environment for student to implement their ideas, by constructing a small logistics simulation system of modern production enterprises, which is flexible, manual and automatic, and has the characteristics of multiple industrial fields; and to help students to enhance the understanding of all kinds of software and hardware system involved in the logistics activities, and master the comprehensive ability for using those systems in logistics activities.
