Quality Management and Control aims to improve awareness of the critical contribution of quality control implementation and management of organizations. It is a multi-discipline course which combines various techniques from other academia. It provides the necessary knowledge and skills to address issues in the quality management in any kinds of organizations. The course has a strong practitioner bias and students are encouraged to undertake their projects close to the real industrial application and/or daily life.
Quality Management and Control is a fundamental course for the majors of management science and engineering. This course mainly focuses on the principles and ideas of quality management and control, quality management framework issued by ISO and those basic methods and tools in such discipline.
