The target of this course is to introduce students the knowledge of logistics in order to Improve their interest in Logistics Engineering. The contents are include of introducing the training target of Logistics Engineering Specialty in our university , curriculum, research fields, employment and postgraduate.
Meanwhile, the education of logistics engineering in some universities in China and developed countries will be introduced.
In addition to the professional introduction, two subject topics about logistics system simulation and big data visualization will be explained with the way of case presentation. Students could participate in the establishment of a simple model of the two subject topics.
Based on content of this course, the students have to write 1 course study report with self-selected title.
