Using video and case teaching method, this course introduces the development history, the discipline system and typical applications of logistics engineering. The course makes students understand the logistics engineering application field, the basic theory method, the teaching system and the teaching content of main courses. It also makes students understand typical applications and the latest development of logistics engineering in the national economy, industrial production and daily life. The aim of the course is to make students gradually grasp the characteristics of logistics engineering disciplines and the study method and to cultivate students’ interest in learning logistics engineering.
