This course relate to basic theory and technique of elements in Electro-hydroaulic Sevo-contral System;dynamic characteristics analysis and design of a electro-hydroaulic sevo-contral system. The main contents include the frame and principle of electro-hydroaulic sevo-contral system ; the frame,principle, characteristics and applications of hydroaulic amplifier ; the principle, characteristics and applications of hydroaulic drive elements; the frame,principle, characteristics and applications of electro-hydroaulic sevo valve ; setting up a model for a electro-hydroaulic sevo-contral system and its signal transmission; analysis of a electro-hydroaulic sevo-contral system in time domain and in frequency domain ; the technical index of a electro-hydroaulic sevo-contral system and its rectification design; analysis methods of three electro-hydroaulic sevo-contral system, such as position,speed,and pressure systems,the examples are also provided.
Based on hydraulic power transmission and control laboratory in “211” project,students are provided with experiments such as the frame and function of electro-hydroaulic Sevo-contral system equipment; the frame and function of electro-hydroaulic proportional contral system; computer simulation of Electro-hydroaulic Sevo-contral system; dynamic characteristics analysis of electro-hydroaulic Sevo-contral system controlled by a computer; characteristic analysis of electro-hydroaulic proportional system controlled by a computer; surveillance and control of the equipments in a hydroaulic system by a PLC.
