The comprehensive experiment, take typical sleeve parts as example, consists of material performance analysis, mechanical design and theory, machining process analysis, and parts precision inspection and error analysis. After the training, the students can get the ability in heat treatment of common metal, engineering materials selection, sleeve structure design and making method, precision measure and error analysis. The course is the auxiliary part of theory course such as mechanical design, mechanical theory, engineering material and process method, mechanical manufacturing and so on, it aims to enhance the comprehensive ability of students.
