Rapid prototyping manufacturing technology
Syllabus:

Rapid prototyping manufacturing technology is a newly developed manufacturing technology, which is an important part of advanced manufacturing technology. Rapid prototyping manufacturing technology is introduced the basic principle of rapid prototyping and rapid prototyping and rapid data processing; is introduced several methods on laminated object manufacturing, fused deposition manufacturing, selective laser sintering, rapid prototyping requirements for material types and properties of commonly used materials, rapid prototyping technology, the principle of layered manufacturing step error, 3D surface measurement technology and 3D surface reconstruction technology, especially the new development of rapid prototyping manufacturing, precision casting mould and new application in rapid prototyping. We strive to make students master the common principles and techniques of rapid prototyping and make students understand the latest development of rapid prototyping manufacturing technology.

Through the course of learning, students can master the development direction of advanced manufacturing technology and the basic principle, method and application of rapid prototyping and manufacturing; can master several commonly used methods and typical rapid prototyping process, and master the rapid prototyping and manufacturing precision error source and control, 3D surface measurement and 3D surface reconstruction. According to the knowledge, the corresponding analysis and application of the rapid prototyping manufacturing process for typical parts are selected.
