“Theory of mechanisms and machines” is a main basic course about the engineering technology for the all specialties of mechanical engineering. It has a very important position in imparting theoretical knowledge about machine design to students and training their ability to design new mechanisms and machines.
The main goal of this course is to make students master the basic theory, basic knowledge and basic skills about mechanisms and machine dynamics, and further more make them learn the methods to analyze and synthesize mechanisms in common use, and have the preliminary ability to design machine systems.
