Hydraulic Transmission and Control in Vehicles
Syllabus:

This course mainly introduces the application of hydraulic transmission and control technology in vehicles. The internal structure and working principle of hydraulic components is explained, such as hydraulic pump, motor and control valve used in vehicles. Taking dump truck lifting hydraulic system as an example, this course explains in detail the composition and design process of vehicle hydraulic system, as well as the hydraulic system modeling and dynamic characteristic simulation method. The composition, working principle and design calculation method of vehicle steering hydraulic system, brake hydraulic system and driving hydraulic system are introduced. The course also sets comprehensive experimental projects, such as the design and implementation of the decompression circuit, design of steering system and performance experiment of vehicle steering, which are conducive to cultivating students' innovative thinking and practical ability.
