This course is mainly about using service design thinking and methods to discover, define, develop and deliver problems. By building design thinking from product design to service design, students will learn to understand the relationship of people, product, environment and interaction in service contexts，and master the basic service design procedure, methods and tools by design practice. The target of course is to improve students' research ability, team cooperation ability and communication ability by co-creation and team workshop, as well as master service design tools such as: Persona, journey map, stakeholder map, ecosystem map and blueprint.
