Yong Li received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2015. He is now a PostDoc at the University of Science and Technology Beijing. He currently also serves as a lecturer of the Department of Vehicle Engineering. His research interests include nonlinear system modeling and optimal control, with emphasis on their applications to vehicular and transportation systems. His current research focuses include battery management of electric vehicles and energy-saving technology of super electric mining truck. In the last 10 years, he was involved in 6 research projects of electric vehicle, battery manage system and brake energy recovery of electric mining truck, which funded by the China's Ministry of Science and Technology, local governments, and enterprises.
