Xiaomin Zhou received her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2008. She is now an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Her research interests include process control, motor control, industrial artificial intelligence, machine learning, intelligent control and application. Her current research focuses include machine learning, and industrial big data mining, with emphasis on their applications to process monitoring and control. She teaches a graduate courses - Morden Control Theory. She also teaches an undergraduate course - Automatic Control Theory.
