Dr. Huifang Xiao received her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Chongqing University in 2012. She is now an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Her research interests include contact mechanics, structure dynamics and energy harvesting. She has published more than 50 academic papers in famous journals and important international conferences, among which more than 30 have been indexed by SCI/EI. She has served as the PI or co-PI of more than 20 research projects. She won the excellent postdoctoral fellow of University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2015 and the first prize of Chongqing Natural Science Award in 2020.
