Prof. Li received her Ph. D. in Instrumentation Science and Technology from Department of Precision Instruments and Mechanology, Tsinghua University in 2004. She is now a Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering in the University of Science and Technology Beijing. She studies in the field of advanced manufacturing, and focuses in the fabrication of various functional micro particles based on the microfluidic methods, and the related science problems of microfluidics, surface and interfaces, and measurements in micro and nano scales.
