Cuiping Yang received her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology Beijing in 2014. She is now an associate professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Science and Technology Beijing. Her research interests include the metal plastic forming process and multiscale numerical simulation, She carry out the research on the development, simulation and optimization of metal forming process to achieve precise formation of parts and good performance. She have made some achievements on it, and an important contribution is developing a new process of cross wedge rolling hollow shafts that has a good prospect under the lightweight development trend of steel products.
She has undertaken and participated about 20 national and provincial research projects. She has more than 30 published technical papers, and over 10 Granted patents.
