Associate Prof. Zhang’s research expertise is in metal additive manufacturing technology and it’s application. Around to selective laser melting of high-end precision equipment research and development of core parts, he mainly carried out the laser to add material manufacturing powder preparation, equipment research and development, software integration, process and performance control research. He break through SLM manufacturing special powder materials preparation and design of the software process parameters and process information integration, high-end equipment research and development of the core components. He has published more than 10 academic papers in Materials Science and Engineering C and Materials and Design.
