Dr. Jianwei Niu obtained his PhD in Human Factors & Ergonomics from Department of Industrial Engineering, Tsinghua University, China, 2008. He is currently the associate editor of Human Factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing & Service Industries. His current research interests include ergonomics, digital human modeling and Human-Computer Interaction. He won the Most Loved Advisor and the Most Loved Teacher of the university. He is the PI about 30 research projects, e.g., funding supported by National Natural Science Foundation. He has published over 60 research papers. He teaches “Quality Management and Control” “Human Factors” for undergraduates and “Work design” for graduate students.
