Dr. Yanlin Zhao is currently a lecture at the University of Science and Technology Beijing. She got her doctoral degree in aircraft design from Beihang University in 2021. In her doctoral period, she joined the Femto-ST Institute, France, as exchanged doctoral student of the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS).  Her research topics are uncertainty quantification and propagation, stochastic model updating and validation, reliability analysis, prognostication and health management (PHM). She mainly focuses on hybrid uncertainty propagation techniques like perturbation FEM, spectral stochastic FEM. Her research also includes stochastic structural model validation, reliability analysis based on those uncertainty propagation techniques. She has published over 10 EI /SCI papers.
