Achievements and honors:
Long engaged in the research and development of parts rolling technology and results promotion work, for the change of the traditional production process, the promotion of new technology of rolling shaft parts, the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into productivity has made outstanding contributions, so that China's shaft rolling technology has reached the international advanced level and even the world's leading level. Since 1958, it has been more than 50 years since the beginning of the research on skew rolling technology. The products are mainly ball grinding steel ball, bearing steel ball, anode phosphor copper ball, electric power and gold tools, etc. Since 1973, began to study of cross wedge rolling technology, has more than 40 years, successively in more than 150 domestic promotion of cross wedge rolling production line, developed and applied to production parts more than 400 varieties, mainly for: automobile, tractor, motorcycle, engine, etc on the shaft parts, the cumulative production of more than 100, ten thousand tons, the economic benefit is remarkable. His team has won 4 national science conferences, 4 national scientific and technological inventions, 4 national scientific and technological progress awards, 4 provincial and ministerial first prizes and 5 provincial and ministerial second prizes. He has published 4 technical monographs, over 200 papers and more than 50 national invention patents. It has trained nearly 100 master students and more than 30 doctoral students.
